This is a very nice looking bench. It comes from a client that simply needed to downsize. She had this reupholstered about five years ago. Overall, the fabric is in very good condition. There’s one little area that has three marks. This house did have pets so I did use a lint roller to remove hairs. There’s a chance I could’ve missed some. The legs have typical little chips and nicks from use. one leg towards the top has a little crack in it. The crack is not through and despite the crack, it seems to be very sturdy. As a 250 pound man, I sat on it and there was no issues whatsoever. This was in a smoke-free home  so the fabric has retained its color.
