Original Regency's set of 2 Adjustable EvenBake Cake Strips conducts heat evenly to prevent domed, cracked, and overbaked cakes.

Metal pans can bake faster on the outside edges than in the middle. EvenBake Cake Strips heat pans evenly to bake cakes that are moist, inside and out, without cracking and doming. Cake layers that bake with flat tops are easier to frost, decorate, and stack without having to shave away the top surface.

The set includes 2 bands to bake 2 cakes at once. Use a T straight pin to close the band to make a snug fit around straight-sided cake pans (8 and 9-inch round) and are easy to remove. Simply dampen the cake strips, squeeze out any excess water, and secure them around the cake pan before filling it with batter. Allow the band to cool completely before removing and wipe clean as needed.

Made from aluminized cotton, they are strong, durable, and heat safe (to 400-degrees Fahrenheit).
