REFUND POLICY: All products are unique & printed on demand when ordered. Returns are not offered if you order the wrong size, color, or change your mind. Return requests of non-personalized items will be considered case by case. If approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Personalized items are not eligible for returns.
In case of damaged product or manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or refund if you contact us within 3 days of delivery & provide photos of the issue. Seller will pay return shipping.
A free reprint is not offered in these cases:
Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
Products that were received as requested; however, the customer wishes to have another size/color/design instead
Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (below 1")
Low-quality prints caused by a low-quality design provided by the customer
