Tie Bar has silver tone metal with a square with a raised design with black enamel and initial J. The back is signed Swank. The measurements are 1 1/2 inches by 3/4 of an inch. I think the tie bar is in good condition and show some signs of wear on enamel. Please send me a message if you have any questions.
