These items come pre-packaged, so can be quite wrinkled upon opening; however, it is very EASY and SIMPLE to remove the wrinkles - just either hang the item and run it under a quick shower spray, or mist thoroughly with water from a spray bottle. Once the item is fully dampened, shake it out well and hang to dry.
YOU CAN ADJUST THE SIZING!
This fabric, while not stretchy jersey, will "grow" if you need or want extra inches either in width or length - simply dampen the area you'd like to "grow", and gently but firmly pull the item (width-wise if you'd like more width, or length-wise if you'd like more length. You can also dampen the entire item and pull to stretch in all directions if you are looking for an all-over roomier fit. Then, just shake out well and hang to dry.
BEST WAY TO LAUNDER:
Cold water wash gentle, with white vinegar in the rinse/fabric softener cycle (this will not cause your laundry to smell like vinegar - it helps the color to stay true/not fade, and is a nice natural softener). We always simply hang to dry, as this fabric dries quickly, but you can always use your dryer for a short time, if you prefer, and hang to complete drying.
Details
Fully elasticized waistband, easy pull-on styling. This pant features generously-cut pantlegs which are straight to approximately just above knee-height, where there is a horizontal seam. Below this seam, each pantleg has 2 layers - the bottom layer is a continuation of the straight, full cut, which is gathered into an elasticized hem. The top layer is fuller, and features a deep cross-over ruffle at both front and back (please see pics for details). Fun and funky - cute and comfy!
The mid-weight cotton gauze fabric has a a wonderful organic drape and gently slubby feel. This is a lovely piece in a versatile color and style for warmer-weather wear.
