The product is a rare Lionel 6-16173 Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends Harold The Helicopter Flatcar. This model features a blue color, belongs to the Thomas & Friends franchise, and is designed in O gauge. It is a C-4 Fair grade toy train flatcar that adds a unique and collectible piece to any model railroads and trains collection for fans of the popular children's show. This is rare. None listed on eBay and this is the first one that I have seen. This was a very very limited seperate sale add on car run back in the mid to late 90s. I graded it as c-4 fair because it needs some cleaning. It is used and the couplers and wheels work as they should.
