Each lot contains three red heart-shaped foil balloons. Each balloon is 16".  You will receive three packages with one balloon in each package for every lot you purchase.  They can be inflated with helium or air.

CHOKING HAZARD – Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
