Shipping
We will ship by DHL, FedEx, or Japan Post depending on destination.
All items are shipped safely with a tracking number.

Payment
For U.S. buyers: import duties and taxes are included in the item price. No extra fees beyond the item price and shipping.
For buyers outside the U.S.: import duties, taxes, and handling fees are not included and may be collected by your country’s customs office.
Cancellations & Returns
Cancellation: We start preparing your order immediately. Cancellations are not accepted after 1 hour from purchase. Requests within 1 hour may not be possible depending on shipping status.
Returns: Accepted only if a clear defect not described in the listing is found. Please contact us within 3 days after delivery. The buyer may be responsible for return shipping and related fees depending on the situation.
