NOTE: I live in Alaska and outside the city.  Sometimes I can't get to the Post Office due to bad weather, snow storms, avalanches, etc.  My timeline for shipping is 5 business days.  You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation message.  Please don't contact me regarding shipping unless you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days.  

I do combine shipping.  If you're buying multiple doll clothes this can save a lot of money.  Just request an invoice before you pay and I'll give you the best price possible on shipping. 

I find most of my items at garage sales and thrift stores or sell for family and friends. I cannot say if they came from a pet free or smoke free home. Although I try to describe my items to the best of my ability.  Please remember these items are used and could have minor flaws that I missed. I always try to sell nice items! If you receive something that has a problem that I missed, please let me know before you leave feedback and I will make it right.
 
I include U.S. Postal Service tracking on all my packages so you can track it's progress from Alaska! .
I will gladly combine shipping, send me a message when you're done shopping, I will gather your items together and weigh them, calculate the shipping charges and send you an invoice with the combined shipping charges.
 
 

 Here is how I calculate condition:

Mint Perfect condition, right out of the box, like new, item was never played with.
Near Mint Bright color and very crisp, no flaws, item may have been gently played with.
Excellent Nice color and pretty crisp, may have minor flaws.
Very Good Color may be faded, not very crisp, may have flaws, item was played with.
Good Not crisp, may have been washed, may have major flaws, item was played with a lot.
Fair Item may be useful for parts.
 
I only ship within the U.S. & Canada

Shipping is ONLY to United States and Canada addresses. We do not ship international at this time. Shipping is done within 5 business days of end of auction. (excluding weekends and holidays).  

COMBINED SHIPPING POLICY

If you want me to combine shipping send me a message and let me know.  I will weigh your merchandise, calculate the shipping charges and send you an invoice with the combined shipping charges.  Do not pay until you received an invoice with combined shipping. If you pay before I send the invoice with combined shipping charges, I do not refund overages on shipping. 

I will combine shipping of each additional item but you must communicate with me and let me know you are bidding on additional items.  

Please don't pay until you have received an invoice with the combined shipping cost.   Combined shipping means I will package all your purchases together and give you the cheapest shipping rate possible.  This can really save you a bunch of money particularly if you are buying multiple items.  

I live in Alaska so sometimes, especially during the holidays, it takes a little longer to receive your item especially heavy items sent parcel post. Parcel Post is sent via barge to Seattle (that takes some time!). I ship within 5 business days (usually sooner) but sometimes in winter we get snow storms or avalanches that close the roads.  If you desire alternate shipping other than USPS please advise in advance so I can give you a shipping cost. I use the United States Postal Service for my shipping.

I provide refunds on some items within 30 days.  My desire is that you will be happy with your purchase.  There are a few items that I don't provide refunds on such as doll clothes.  I want you to buy with confidence knowing that you will received an item that is "as described" and be happy with that purchase.  If you're not happy with your purchase let me know and we can work it out.
