Ravishing red floral print, 100% silk, vintage Diane Freis dress. Dress has deep V neckline with beaded and tasseled side neck ties, smocked waist and full skirt. Gorgeous gathered shoulder detail with three quarter balloon sleeves and coordinating belt.

VINTAGE CONDITION: GREAT - no notable flaws on dress. Smocked waistline was previously reinforced and stabilized with the addition of elastic when acquired. Belt shows small sign of wear on side of buckle - see pic.
