Used Mitutoyo drop indicator made in JAPAN model ID-S1012EB .500" -.0005" (12.7mm-.01 mm) with custom made base , magnets under base to attach firmly to steel surface and different tap hoes to move at different positions  and steel cover to keep it clean see pictures and if you need more just ask and we are more than glad to supply them
