Governmental legislation has driven an advance in engine and emission control technologies but fuel quality has not kept pace and is left lacking. Sensitive fuel systems combined with an increase in stop/start driving raise the risk of deposits in the fuel system, engine, turbo, diesel particulate filter (DPF) and catalytic converter (CAT). Such deposits can affect engine performance, fuel economy and exhaust emissions. Excessive build-up can trigger engine warning lights and restrictive limp-home mode.

CarbonCode Diesel Doctor uses a proprietary formulation of high-performing detergents enhanced with polyether-amine to deliver more cleaning power than conventional fuel cleaning products. CarbonCode Diesel Doctor safely removes deposits from the fuel system, internal diesel injector deposits (IDID) and other carbonaceous build-up from the combustion area. Deposits are systematically and safely removed from critical fuel system and engine components.

Oilsyn’s Orisyn ester-based lubricant ensures the fuel system and upper engine parts remain protected during cleaning. A stabilisation pack protects against corrosion and helps remove water from the fuel. CarbonCode Diesel Doctor is suitable for all older and modern diesel engines running pump or bunkered diesel fuel, including the latest Euro 6 specification engines in cars, tractor units, agricultural machinery, marine, rail and heavy duty equipment.

Directions

Remove seal, add full 400ml contents to fuel tank and then add fuel. Drive normally, ensuring engine is permitted to reach operating temperature as often as possible. This is a high strength formula and will treat up to 100 litres of fuel.

NOTE: Do not use a full bottle with less than 40 litres of fuel (maximum 1% by volume). Use every 3 – 6 months or as required.

Excessive build-up can trigger engine warning lights and restrictive limp-home mode. CarbonCode DPF and Turbo Doctor uses a proprietary formulation of high strength detergents and combustion catalyst to safely remove deposits from the engine, turbo, catalytic convertor, diesel particulate filter and fuel system. Fueloxy catalyst molecules are activated during the combustion process, rather than destroyed like conventional detergents. These molecules bond with post combustion carbon acting as a catalyst to effectively and safely remove deposit build-up.

CarbonCode DPF and Turbo Doctor helps combat the adverse effects of start/stop driving, promotes DPF regeneration and improves catalytic convertor performance. Directions

Remove seal, add full 400ml contents to approximately 20-30L of fuel.
Drive normally, ensuring engine is permitted to reach operating temperature as often as possible.
If treating a DPF and once engine is up to full operating temperature increase engine revs to 3,000 rpm to help force a regeneration cycle. Use every 3 – 6 months or as required.
