We take at least five high-quality photos of every record, capturing all corners and any visible signs of wear or use. Since we are not a professional grading company, our photos provide the best representation of the record?s condition?far more useful than the grade alone. The record in the photos is an accurate representation of what you will receive. 

If you are looking for a completely flawless record, we kindly ask that you do not purchase from us. Even brand-new records may have minor blemishes. Avoiding unnecessary returns saves time for both the buyer and the seller.

All records are securely packaged immediately after listing and stored in a temperature-controlled facility to maintain their condition. We offer hassle-free returns on everything we sell; however:

• The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
• We do not offer partial refunds.
• Any new item that has been opened is no longer in the condition it was received and is not eligible for return.
• Any attempts to circumvent eBay?s return policies will be addressed through eBay.

For brand-new records, we always grade the vinyl as Mint, but we conservatively grade the sleeve, allowing our photos to provide the best representation of its condition.
