I have several of these drawings.  They all came from an old Pittsburgh estate.  

Overall good vintage condition.  Some smudges, stains, stray pencil marks, signs of erasing, edge curling, dings and wear.  These are original works, not sure if they're drafts but the underlying pencil marks are visible.  Please enlarge and inspect photos to get the best sense for the item's condition.  Message with any condition questions.
