We will do our best to resolve the matter. We do accept returns from our precious customers but some conditions have to be met before returning our goods/product. Returns are accepted only if,

The goods are returned within 30 working days of receiving.

The goods/ product is in original condition i.e. tags stickers should not be removed.

There are no marks and no smell i.e. perfume /cent /damp

The goods/ product is unused, unworn, unwashed etc and must be in the condition of resale as new.

The goods/product is posted in original condition with original packaging.

You are not happy with the goods/product.

Original invoice must be produced /attached.

You pay the return postage on the item.

We will refund your money to you if your return will be approved.
