I do not know much about the item, I have seen these on Vintage motorcycle, the hole in the center is a little small for the Harley kicker pedal shafts I am familiar with , but I suspect people may drill the hole larger? The pedal is covered with some sort of white paraffin wax or something , so expect to have to clean. In very nice condition!! Please see my photos, I did a very quick rinse and you will see areas of wax that I did not get off...just take a little elbow grease.
