Produces high intensity pure white light at the grinder’s tool rest area. Completely replaces the hard-to-find bayonet bulbs and corroded reflectors.

COMPARE THE LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE LIGHTING IN THE PHOTOS.  STANDARD BULBS ARE IN THE TWIN-LITE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE GRINDER AND THE NEW LED BULBS ARE IN THE RIGHT SIDE.

Original equipment Twin-lites use two pin bayonet type 120V incandescent lamps.  They work fine, and with new reflectors (that we also manufacture and sell), the Twin-lites units can be as good as new.  However, the lighting that the original Delta design and OEM type components puts out is of a yellowish hue and not super bright.

We often restore Delta pedestal grinders, bench grinders, and their Twin-lite guards and were looking for a way to improve the lighting intensity at the tool rests.
