These switches are New Old Stock and do not have the original box.
It is double pole double throw without a center or off position, so Open-Open.
They can be labeled under the clear switch handle cover if needed. Cut a rectangular piece of paper and write on it, remove the clear plastic cover and place the paper inside, then replace it.
They will be shipped with panel mounting screws, two brass and two steel, and both are 3/4" long.
They have never been used!!
