From Hotel Devonshire - Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Room # 408. The fob is approximately 3 9/16" high and has "Drop In Any Mailbox   We Guarantee Postage" printed on it. The key has "Best" stamped on one side and "F 54    A" on the other side of it. There are stars in the scrolling around the head of the key.

This hotel was built in 1925 and demolished on July 5, 1981. A new building is in its place. 

There is some type of substance on some of the letters - they are not worn nor damaged! Whatever it is, it can be easily removed. Please see scans.
