Grading:

Grade A - Item will be in perfect working order with no scratches in a "Like new" state.
Grade B - Item will be in perfect working order however will have some small signs of wear which will not affect usage, Or something missing which doesn't affect usage.
Grade C - Item will be in perfect working order however will show sign of Major damage but still works as expected, or be locked to a network.
Grade D - Item will be in requirement of repair or requires further attention to get working "Spares or repair"

Shipping Policy

If the item you are buying states Free Delivery. It will usually be sent via DPD Couriers, and is applicable to UK Mainland addresses except Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Island or the Channel Islands. If you need the item to any of those areas please contact us. The delivery charge by our couriers for mainland addresses and the amount we are charged extra for the island addresses, so you still get the advantage of the free element that mainland customers receive.
