WinTV PC TV Tuner Card. I bought this in 2004 & used it to watch cable TV on my PC. Not sure if that kind of cable TV still exists out there now that everything is on digital signals but nonetheless this item is for sale. Also unsure if this could be used as an input from an external video source other than a cable TV coaxial connection. Pretty sure I have the remote for this. Ships ASAP via USPS Ground Advantage.
