This is a Vintage Russ Craft Card of Character Greeting Card. Designed by a Member of the Russ Craft Artists' Guild. Front of Card says "So It's a Boy! Congratulations!" The front of the card shows a baby covered with a blanket in a cradle. The blanket has light flocking. This card is Used.  Approximate Measurements:  4-1/4" x 5-1/4". The card had been removed from a Scrapbook (see pictures for condition).
