Great graphics.   
Only one of the holes in each section is punched - see the top right corner otherwise new.  
The lever on the back releases the dropped balls.  A keyhole on the back, perhaps to reset the game. 
Shows light wear from years of storage.  Note the worn paper on the edges.  
 The top has slight separation of the layers.   
This is the first one of these I have ever seen and I am not finding much info about them on the web, except for sites selling them.   
Great display, collector or perhaps to even play!
