I expect these have a very limited market, but who knows, somebody might be able to make use of them.
The obvious point to note is that these were designed for the, now, ancient operating system Windows 3.1. I don’t know if they can be used with an emulator, but I expect they could be used on a vintage computer that can run Windows 3.1.
The second point to note is that the manual got wet at one point and many of the pages are stuck together.
