Shipping Terms:

We ship all items within 1 business day of receiving your payment.

We use UPS, USPS and FedEx, to make sure your item arrives quickly, safely and to help save you money.

We reuse shipping boxes and packing materials for  many good reasons.

Tracking is uploaded on all orders and can be found in your order details page by the next business day.

A small surcharge may apply to your order shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. (Sorry, but it just costs more to ship there!)

Please ensure that your address is correct on your order before completing your transaction; this will help to avoid delays and complications in shipping and delivery.

Return Policy:

We accept returns on most items we carry.

To be eligible for refund, returned items must be in the same condition they were received by you.

If your item is not in that same condition, we will consider return requests on a case-by-case basis upon your request.

We do not accept opened software, DVD, Blue-ray or other media returns under any circumstance.

Please contact us if there is an issue with any of these.
