This is an UPGRADED replica drawtube for the venerable Astroscan telescope. I have a more inexpensive basic drawtube replacement in a separate auction.

It is 3D printed with a matte black carbon fiber PETG filament and matches the original drawtube length. Threaded baffles printed inside to inhibit stray light reflections. Much lighter weight than the stock drawtube (0.65oz vs 2oz). The tiny layer lines from the 3D printing actually help with traction for this style of compression focuser, so if you have slip issues with your original drawtube, this may be a good option (I prefer it to the stock drawtube). Test fit with many different eyepieces, due to the variation in "1.25" between all the different makers, some will fit tighter than others. This version has a nylon retaining screw so your eyepiece will never slip out of the drawtube, nor will you have excessive friction when inserting an eyepiece.

*Please note the long barrel Edmund barlow is not compatible with this drawtube but standard barrel length barlows will work fine.
