Where to begin!! This is a beautiful dollhouse set ready to be played with!! Alot of these peices of furniture say IDEAL on the bottom and others say A RENEWAL. Pillows are reap fabric and stuffed. The toilet is porcelain and the remaining pieces are plastic. They fit perfectly into this house! The fireplace fits perfectly in its spot as does the tub! Check out the vanity in the bathroom with the swan water spout to match the swan theme of the bathroom!! Kitchen set includes sink, oven, fridge, extra sink, washer, ringer, ironing board with iron and small accessories including plates and pitchers. The vacuum bag isn't attached to the sweeper as I think it was supposed to. The baby room has a washrub, rocking bed, playpen, highchair, push toy, stroller, small mirror and toys in the playpen. The bathroom also has a hamper. The baby's show some wear. The bedroom includes two beds, bedside table and clock, dresser, hairdressing table (mirror no longer inside) and a sewing table with sewing machine! The living room includes a table and chairs, couch, chair, coffee table fireplace, candlesticks, radio, lamp and another side table. Great mid century vibes inside and colonial look on the outside. Please see all pictures for condition. This set was definitely played with but still has many more years in it! Some of the metal isn't completely strait. Some areas have fading and scratches.
