The name written inside the front of the book is Mable Knoll.

Letter is requesting the recipient Mr. Knoll, in Womelsdorf PA, have Herbert at "on the farm this summer.  Letter has a worn spot at the top and along one of the folds

Letter is c/o Revision Bureau, 34 Nassau Street, New York City

Not sure about the connection of the letter to the book.  It was folded inside the back of the book.
