Premium Wood Dye Powder

This extremely strong wood dye is delivered in powder form so it can be mixed with water until the desired intensity is achieved. This can be a big time saver reaching the desired colour in one coat, instead of multiple coats of a supplied liquid. Every 25g sachet will give coverage of around 50 - 75 square meters for an average strength of colouration.

Application Instructions:

Simply mix the dye powder with water - it dissolves rapidly. To apply the dye, make a wad of cloth by folding a piece several times. Dip the wad into the dye solution and work into the wood surface, finishing in the direction of the grain. If the dye is too strong, simply add more water.

Compatibility: Works perfectly with oils, polyurethanes, guitar lacquers, nitrocellulose, varnish, and wax finishes. Note: Acrylic varnishes are not recommended.
