How to Replace a HVAC Heater core:
- Drain the coolant from the cooling system.
- Remove the control board.
- Detach the cable holder on the left side of the heater and remove the screw on the wire terminal.
- Unplug the wire connector on the back of the blower motor.
- Disconnect the vacuum tubes and the light wires behind the heater controls.
- Place a container on the underside of the engine, under the heater water supply pipe behind the cylinder head.
- Disconnect the heater water supply pipe behind the cylinder head.
Warranty:
- The warranty period of this product is one year. If there is a failure due to manufacturing defects during use during the warranty period, please contact us in time.
