Up for your consideration is a replica mid to late war OLIVE DRAB (OD3) BANDOLEER FOR THE M1903A3 SPRINGFIELD OR M1 GARAND, consisting of an unmarked WW2-style 6-pocket bandoleer in OD3, 4 different mid to late war  ammunition lot reference cards, and a black safety pin.

The primary small arms rifle ammunition used by the U.S. during WWII was the .30-caliber round produced for the M1903 Springfield and M1 Garand. The ammunition came packaged in 20-round boxes, or cloth bandoleers. The bandoleer provided a means of carrying ammunition in an easily accessible manner, and the same bandoleer was used for both the 5 round and 8 round clips. At the start of WWII, the bandoleer was a light khaki color known as OD1. By late 1942, regulations changed and the color of all field gear began a transition to a darker olive drab color called OD3. That color was used through the end of the war, replacing the lighter color as supplies were used up.   

Each "Buy It Now" single purchase is for one olive drab (OD3) bandoleer. The unmarked WWII-style replica bandoleer comes with 4 different mid to late war lot data cards, and a black safety pin. NO CLIPS, CARDBOARD SLEEVES, OR .30 CALIBER ROUNDS ARE INCLUDED. Several bandoleer repack kits, with sleeves, are also available in my eBay store.
