Professionally Refurbished, heavy wear. This PC may show signs of wear such as a dings and scratches to the body. The LCD may have minor but noticeable blemishes such including but not limited to white spots, hairline scratches and/or keyboard impressions on the LCD. We test not only electronic components, but the physical components for 100% functionality. All computers are cleaned, reconfigured with necessary components, and freshly reloaded with Windows. The firmware version is usually closest to whatever Microsoft is delivering at the moment. Instead of adding extra cost to improve cosmetics, we pass the saving to you at a deep discount.
Quality and Inspection Standards
Laptop has been thoroughly tested and the functionality of all components are guaranteed to be in perfect working order. Hard drives are completely zero wiped and then reloaded with Windows. All driver and BIOS updates are initiated through Windows Update. We only install more up-t0-date BIOS/drivers when there is clearly an issue with whatever Microsoft delivers to the machine (typical Windows behavior). The battery health on this configuration is typically 50-70% health with decent charge capacity for immediate usage. Battery wear-out is not a part of the warranty. The machine will not be locked to any other MDM (Mobile Device Management) systems such as PanGP, Intune / Autopilot, or Absolute Persistence / Computrace. Machines are cleaned internally and externally and are expertly packed and shipped via respectable common carrier.
Windows and Recovery Information:
This laptop will arrive completely wiped of all traces of previous data with a fresh install of Windows. Your Windows install will be fully activated out of the box using your units unique digital license.
Windows devices do not ship with physical recovery media. Recovery media can be created from any Windows machine using the Windows Media Creation Tool. This is a free download from Microsoft that allows you to make a bootable USB device that can be used to fully recover the operating system at any time. We recommend creating the media on this PC upon arrival before any potential hard disk failures as we are not responsible for any loss of data.
Warranty
For up to one year after receipt of the product, we will provide technical support for the product and a returns process to fix products found to be defective. Technical Support is limited to the original hardware configuration and the licensing of any Microsoft Windows software installed. This warranty covers any products that are or have become defective in the first year. This does not cover any other specialized needs including peripheral and/or software installation assistance including the reloading of said Microsoft Windows. This does not cover any products that mistreated, mishandled, abused or has unauthorized repair attempts. Battery wear-out is not a part of the warranty, however please let us know within 30 days if you have received a totally dead battery and we will do our best to resolve it with a similar or better battery than described in the listing Any battery health below 50% holds no guarantee whatsoever.
This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser and is NOT transferable. Warranty is only valid in the 48 continental United States. Data recovery is not included in our warranty. You are solely responsible for your important data, so make frequent backups. We are not responsible for any data that may be lost or damaged in transit or during repair.
