PAYMENT POLICIES

TheServerStore offers secure and easy payments through eBay's payment portal. Through eBay, you can safely pay by credit card, PayPal, or certain financing options.

If you'd like to pay using a different method, please send us a message in eBay and we'll do our best to support you.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Custom server and workstations ship within 3 business days after purchase, since we custom build and update each machine. Spare parts ship within 1 business day.

We typically use UPS or FedEx for larger packages. For low weight items, we may use USPS instead. All of our shipments are insured by us, so rest assured that your shipments are safe.

We offer overnight shipping on all parts. Please call us for next-day or two-day shipping.

We require adult signature for most purchases. Please contact us if this is an issue.

We process orders from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm CDT. We do not process orders on weekends or national holidays. We try our best to put our store in vacation mode when it is an extended holiday.

RETURNS POLICIES

We'd request you to contact us prior to opening a return, so we can try to help you resolve the issue.

If a return or replacement is needed, we'll provide the label. You should use the original packing material, or similar, to safely pack the equipment before sending it to us.

We'll provide either a UPS, FedEx, or USPS label for the return depending on the exact item.
