Made to remove the chrome wiper shaft bezel on the cowl on 64 to 66 mustangs, also 61 to 70 trucks and vans with the external chrome wiper shaft bezel. Bezel in picture not included,  just the tool. Made from steel and milled to fit, 2 flats on the outside of the tool to use with a wrench
