What are they?

• Skylanders NFC Cards are custom made cards to unlock all the characters, traps, items, and vehicles in the series. The NFC cards contain the same data as an actual Skylander action figure but in a card format.

How do they work?

• Put a card on the portal (Every portal but the Imaginators specific portal) instead of the toy and they appear in the game like a normal figure.

What are the advantages of using these cards over the action figures?

• Some Skylanders are very rare and hard to obtain including ones that can unlock special DLC levels. Instead of paying hundreds for a figure to unlock DLC, you can purchase the equivalent NFC card for a fraction of the cost!
• NFC Cards are also space saving and compact! Instead of carrying around many action figures or finding storage solutions, the cards can easily be stored!

All cards are compatible with the following systems:

• Nintendo 3DS
• PC
• Nintendo Wii (does not work with Imaginators Portal)
• Nintendo Wii U(does not work with Imaginators Portal)
• Sony PlayStation 3 (does not work with ImaginatorsPortal)
• Sony PlayStation 4 (does not work with ImaginatorsPortal)
• Sony PlayStation 5 (does not work with ImaginatorsPortal)

IMPORTANT STUFF!

The cards that I have listed is Skylander Swap Force with in game variants.  

Be advised I am NOT selling figures, these are credit card sized smart cards encoded with the chosen figures data, so the games play the same, but you pay for a card, not an expensive plastic figure.

As mentioned above, these do NOT work with the Imaginators portal. They DO work with the Imaginators game, but you'll need an earlier portal. (Trap Team or Super Chargers Portal Recommended).

Please Note:

The best way to go is using 2 NFC cards.

However, I recently tested this out:

You can use an NFC (Top Card) on top of a Figure (Toy/Bottom).

You can’t use a Figure (Toy/Top) on top of an NFC (Bottom Card).
