Following is the pattern description and suggested fabric types from 1968:

Pattern description:
Misses' Jacket, Sleeveless Jacket, Skirt and Blouse: The blouse with front button closing and "Italian type" notched collar has long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. The skirt with waistband and side zipper has unpressed pleats inside front and side back seams. The sleeveless jacket and jacket with long set-in sleeves are lined and have scoop neckline, front button closing and optional patch pockets and top stitching. 

Suggest fabric types: -- Blouse only in cotton and blends; dotted swiss, leno, dimity. Silk. Voile. chambray, cotton sateen, crepe, challis. Skirt and jacket in cottons and blends; pique, denim. Linen. Silks, synthetics and blends; poplin, brocade, moire, silk linen, gabardine, hopsacking, homespun, canvas, duck, wool flannel. Lightweight wools and blends; wool crepe, double knits.

Condition: some pattern pieces have been carefully cut, some are uncut. All pieces are included and are useable. Pattern and instruction sheet have been folded carefully and placed to fit in original pattern envelope for 57 years! Envelope has very edge damage. See photos.
