The antique book in the photos is the actual item up for sale. The bottom of the spine is damaged. The outside hardcover has considerable age/use wear. Some of the pages have some pretty bad staining/spotting (foxing) but most of the pages aren't to bad.  A few of the page corners are bent over and the title page has a small spot tore out along the page end. There is a little writing in pencil on the inside of the front hardcover. There are no missing pages. Please look at all the photos closely.
