We accept payment via PayPal, but also offer payment by Bank Deposit or cash on pickup. If you are paying by Bank Deposit, please make sure to include your eBay user ID and item number with any payments and emails to prevent delays dispatching the orders.

Postage & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment. Tracking information is supplied upon dispatch.

All deliveries are done by Courier, door to door. Our courier does not deliver to PO Boxes so you will need to supply a physical postal address. A phone number is required for all orders.

The Delivery Date given is approximate and whilst my-suite-home will make every effort to deliver on time, reasonable late delivery shall not be grounds for any dispute.

Pick-up is available for our Victorian customers from our Dandenong warehouse. If this is your preferred method, select pick-up at checkout and we will contact you to arrange.

Returns & Warranty

A 30 day, 100% money back guarantee is offered on all our products. Shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are to arrange and to pay for return shipping. Products must be in new condition with its complete and original packaging.

All our products are accompanied with 1 year manufacturer warranty. Warranties do not cover any item where there has been a transfer of ownership. Exercise of any of the Warranties is subject to delivery of the item to my-suite-home and to proof of purchase and the date of purchase (as to which my-suite-home records shall be conclusive in the case of disagreement). The Warranty does not cover the cosmetic appearance of any surface of any item or of its component which may be changed after an item leaves my-suite-home premises.
