Warranty and refunds
- AMG Spares test all parts before dispatch and conditional issues will be either described or photographed.
- Start-up warranty is provided on used engines, gearboxes and differentials. Issues with all other products may be presented for consideration within 10 business days of dispatch from our warehouse if found to be faulty.
- In the event of a warranty or return claim, supporting evidence of installation dates by qualified tradesmen or workshops, first drive/start up and immediate issue being identified must be provided for consideration.
- AMG spares reserve the right to refuse a return or warranty claim if the installation, history, claimed issues or treatment of provided parts is unclear or unsatisfactory.
- In the event a warranty/return claim is approved by AMG Spares, all return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer. Upon satisfactory return, AMG Spares will have it repaired (if possible), replace the item with an equivalent or issue a refund.
- We will not accept returns if:
o You have purchased the wrong part or no longer want the item.
o You have purchased the part without reading the full description and looking at all the photos and are not satisfied with a conditional issue.
o You have purchased a part which is incompatible for your application.
o The part has been modified or damaged by incorrect handling or installation.
o Returns on electrical items and products will not be accepted.
- AMG Spares accept no responsibility for loss or damage by courier and shipping companies once the item has been collected from our warehouse unless the buyer has requested additional transit insurance.
- AMG Spares will not be liable for any labour charges, storage, lost revenue or any other fees/charges associated with product issues under any circumstances
