A lot of the F-4 Phantom structural components are painted in this semi metallic sea foam green color... I think it looks pretty cool.  Anyways this particular component is a fairly hefty chunk of aluminum that I think you could find a customized use for maybe mount a clock in it or use it as a pen holder on your desk the possibilites are endless.
