The ICON 92003 Rear Camber Cam Kit is engineered specifically for the 2022–2023 Ford F‑150 Lightning when using ICON lowering suspension kits, providing camber correction for rear drops of 0–4″. This complete kit includes CNC cam plates, OE-style hardware, drilling template, and tools to realign your rear axle geometry precisely after lowering.

Designed in the USA with laser-cut steel and cam tabs, the cam kit restores proper toe and camber angles, reducing tire wear and improving handling on lowered Lightning models. Installation requires drilling into the rear lower control arm pocket, but ICON’s included hole saw and template guide ensure ease and accuracy.
