How to use –
These Happy Birthday Letter Balloons will stay inflated for days.
The self-sealing balloons will arrive uninflated.
Simply insert the straw into the plastic valve at the bottom of the letter and slowly blow to inflate.
When the balloon is sufficiently inflated, pull out the straw and pinch the self-sealing plastic valve.
