Texas Adjutant General's Individual Award (AGIA) - 2nd Award service ribbon with moiré ribbon (as required by Texas Military Department regulation). Instead of poking the ribbon with pronged stars for a sloppy look, I have cut off the prongs and glued the stars for a perfect permanent placement. Please see my video!
