International Sales:  Shipping and handling for international buyers is based on location.  International buyers purchasing more than one item, please request an invoice with the adjusted, combined shipping and handling for all of your items.  For international, combined shipping to apply, all items must be paid for at the same time, otherwise your orders will be sent as separate transactions and separate shipping and handling will apply. Packages to international destinations will not be marked "gift" as this is illegal and punishable by fines and/or imprisonment.
