POSTAGE:
I combine post charging only the cost for one item in total. (except for heavy glass beads and auction lots)
I post off asap but please keep in mind ultimately delivery time is controlled
by Australia Post and, after it leaves me, they CAN have infuriating delays.
PLEASE don't punish me for their error in feedback.
International can take up to 6 weeks as the pkg. passes through at least 7 centers,
if you are worried please contact me!
PROBLEMS:
If ANYTHING seems amiss or even just disappointing PLEASE contact me before
leaving feedback as I have found everything is fixable in the buyer's favour
(a lot harder after negative feedback)

PERSONEL
I am one person with a love of jewellery & it's creation. I buy wholesale from wonderful
silversmiths/wholesalers in England and America. I have been in the jewellery business
for over 30 years retailing modern and antique jewellery, and on ebay for over 18 years.
I do it all, listing, photographing, sourcing, posting, packing, messages etc. (I do leave the checking & re-polishing to a jeweller)
PHOTOGRAPHS
I photograph in a photo booth lit evenly with a daylight photographic light strip.
I don't alter the photos in any way and try to show any/every fault
and detail, as I accept all returns, even for change of mind, so it's important to know what you are buying, faults or none.
(Please note different monitors are set at different saturations, hues and temperatures
so colour can alter.)
