Roco Minitanks, 1/87 scale, tank recovery vehicle T-119,  Z-138.  The vehicle is complete and in excellent condition.   The boom raises, lowers, and turns.  The rear support blade raises and lowers.  The hook is there.  This is the unarmored crane operator version.
