Items are mostly pre-owned and will have been gently washed, cleaned, or wiped down before it is pictured and listed, and then again before it is shipped. I try my very best to accurately describe an item but do depend heavily upon good pictures to allow for a visual description. If you are not happy with your item for any reason, PLEASE contact me in advance of leaving neutral or negative feedback. This will give me an opportunity to work out any issue.
