• Most orders ship within 2 business days, Monday - Friday (except major holidays) after payment has been cleared into our account.
• Base shipping will be through US Postal Service, unless other arrangements (at customer's expense) are made.
• Free Local Pickup is available at our shop in Wall, NJ.
• For shipping to P.O. Box, APO, or other Third party addresses, please contact us before bidding. While we welcome bids from our International clients we do reserve the right to refuse to ship INTERNATIONAL, so please contact us prior to bidding, with your country for an accurate shipping cost and approval to bid. Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.   We have made every effort to test and describe the listed unit to the best of our ability. We are not responsible for improper installation, handling and usage. Our 30-day return policy, outlined below, does apply, however, we will inspect all returned units carefully, and if the unit is not in the exact condition as it was shipped out, the refund will be denied and the unit can be shipped back to the buyer at his/her expense.

Returns:

• We accept returns within 30 days of item delivery.
• Returns are accepted. Return shipping to be paid for by buyer. Outbound shipping is not refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a return and credit. Merchandise must be in exact condition as shipped or the product can be returned to you, at your expense, and the refund denied or a damage fee applied.
• Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of equipment and testing, to the method of payment (PayPal) used to purchase the equipment.
