All items are dispatched by the next working days after your payment has been verified. We only dispatch item during Monday to Friday, and don't dispatch on Public and Bank Holidays.

Our shipping rate include the cost of shipping, handling and packaging. Delivery will take 3-5 working days.

We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.

Returns

 We accept returns if the product is incomplete or not as described, the shipping cost is non-refundable.

Faulty item within 7 days of receiving, we will exchange it to a new one for you.

 Item must be returned in the exact condition as you received and non-used.

For exchange item, buyer must responsible for the costs of returning and resent costs.
