The kit consists of the actual motorcycle model commemorative panel / statuette and a 3mm thick transparent mounting acrylic plate.
The beautiful photographic print is enclosed through a special process between a block of
high quality acrylic glass and a special protective transparent film. The result is
a stunning modern display with vivid colors that highlights both the image
and your display area.
The high-quality crystal clear glazing consists of a 3 mm thick, top grade acrylic sheet, cut
exactly to size. The edges are carefully processed to eliminate sharp corners so that the entire item is smooth to the touch. Because there is no space between the print image and the acrylic panel, there is no distractive reflection between the individual layers and the light
reflects differently than it does on a framed image. The underlying photographic print looks
very sharp and detailed, and has an almost three dimensional effect.
We print the actual photographic image on our premises with high-quality inks that are UV resistant. Once printed, this layer is affixed to the acrylic with a very thin, transparent mounting tissue that contains UV stabilizers that compound the long-lasting protective effects of the ink. The tissue will not fade nor yellow over time - it will in no way affect the look of your artwork. This means that your artwork will stay vivid, attractive and riveting for many decades.
